Emma's particular focus is in the data center sector, where she advises and assists clients during legal negotiations to secure sites creating global networks spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Emma also has experience acting for clients in the renewable energy sector, advising on the real estate aspects of high-value transactions involving renewable energy sites as the core assets.
Emma has broad real estate finance experience acting for lenders and borrowers. In 2009, she completed a nine-month secondment to the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she worked in an in-house legal capacity and within its restructuring group dealing with distressed debt.
Emma is experienced in all areas of commercial real estate and corporate real estate work and has also throughout her career acted for many landlords and tenants, including pension fund and institutional landlords in the retail, industrial and office sectors.
