  • Assisted with securing a directed verdict of acquittal for the CEO of an international chemical company, citing a lack of evidence to support a felony charge for reckless emissions of hazardous materials during Hurricane Harvey
  • Assisted with performing internal investigation into potential civil and criminal charges against company president for misappropriation of funds
  • Drafted summary judgment motion that examined novel issues of law involving the COVID-19 pandemic and resulted in dismissal of claim against real estate private equity firm client
  • Assisted with briefing appeal in favor of client to the Seventh Court of Appeals on a wrongful foreclosure matter
  • Served as second-chair in AAA arbitration involving a construction-based breach of contract dispute between midstream company client and pipeline contractor
  • Assisted with representation of major midstream pipeline company in dispute with pipeline manufacturer regarding defective pipe
  • Assisted with representation of luxury, multibuilding facility owner in dispute with architect regarding design-related issues
  • Assisted with representation of large, residential facility owner in a dispute with general contractor regarding construction defects and delay claims
  • Assisted with representation of utility company in construction-based breach of contract and fraud dispute with internet provider
