- Assisted in the representation of Rapid Genomics, a provider of mid-to high-density Next-Generation Sequencing kits and services for genotyping, in its sale to LGC, Biosearch Technologies, a leading global life science tools company
- Assisted in the representation of a Florida-based aeronautical weapons company in its sale to a private equity firm for approximately $29 million
- Assisted in the representation of an Oregon hospital in its acquisition by a hospital group for $100 million
