- Obtained summary judgment in federal court for manufacturing company against trade secret misappropriation related claims
- Regularly represents health insurance companies in provider and member disputes brought in both arbitration and litigation, arising out of breach of contract, fraud and a variety of other disputes
- Frequently represents reinsurance companies in disputes regarding reinsurance treaty issues
- Lead Associate in complex arbitration involving $100 million dispute for reinsurer over long-term care insurance policies
- Represented life insurer in multiple interpleader actions involving life insurance proceeds
- Represented construction company at trial concerning construction contract dispute
- Represented financial services company asserting trade secret and restrictive covenant claims against former employees in FINRA arbitrations
- Defended national insurance company in Fifth Circuit appeal over workers’ compensation insurance policies, resulting in affirmance of a judgment of the District Court for the Northern District of Texas
- Assisted in obtaining $7.6 million allowed claim amount for national insurance company following court bench trial in dispute with large commercial insured
- Obtained multiple settlements for insurers in AAA arbitrations and navigated complex discovery issues
