- Direct lending entities in lending transactions, including:
- $70 million senior secured credit facility for behavioral health specialty company
- $98 million senior secured credit facility for environmental services company
- $85 million senior secured credit facility for health care management company
- $180 million senior secured credit facility for national battery manufacturing and distributing company
- Equity sponsors and operating companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations, including:
- $190 million first and second lien credit facilities to finance acquisition of fastener and production components company
- $145 million of senior credit facilities to finance acquisition of plastics manufacturing company
