John also represents venture capital and private equity funds. John has worked in the venture capital arena since he started practicing law in 1981. He has advised startup companies from inception to IPO and beyond. He has a strong reputation in Florida for his knowledge of venture capital transactions and securities law. He also works on complex corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
John began his legal career in the Firm's Providence office in 1981 and moved to the West Palm Beach office in 1983 to assist in building the Firm's practice in Florida.
