Stephen C. Jacobs

Stephen Jacobs serves clients in real estate development, ownership and acquisition, as well as in formation of business organizations associated with real estate development and ownership. He represents developers in structuring joint ventures with institutional equity investors and private wealth in investing in real estate and diversification strategies. He has transactional experience involving all types of income producing properties. Stephen has also represented sports franchises in facility leasing and development, as well as related naming and concession rights.

His real estate experience includes representation of landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing, representation of large retail users in development of retail facilities, assisting owners and telecommunications companies in connection with rooftop and raceway facilities, development of large, single family planned communities and resort properties, with associated golf and recreational amenities including experience in organization of developer owned and member owned clubs, mixed use/urban developments, condominium office and mixed use development, hotels, office buildings, multi-family projects and parking facilities.

Stephen also represents, and serves as general counsel to, governmental authorities in public private partnerships, local government corporations as well as in other real estate development matters including development of facilities ranging from development of hotels to water treatment facilities, including public financing and tax advantaged transactions.
