His real estate experience includes representation of landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing, representation of large retail users in development of retail facilities, assisting owners and telecommunications companies in connection with rooftop and raceway facilities, development of large, single family planned communities and resort properties, with associated golf and recreational amenities including experience in organization of developer owned and member owned clubs, mixed use/urban developments, condominium office and mixed use development, hotels, office buildings, multi-family projects and parking facilities.
