She has significant experience representing employers and management in high-stakes litigation and arbitration on claims arising under various employment statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and their state law counterparts. She also counsels clients on a wide range of employment matters, including employee handbook policies and workplace investigations.
Prior to her legal career, Taneska worked as a policy analyst and government affairs specialist in the transportation industry.
