Jeff Kramer's complex commercial litigation and arbitrations practice spans a broad range of industries and practice areas, including anti-corruption and FCPA litigation, employment class action and trade secret misappropriation cases, and financial services litigation. Jeff also has significant experience with insurance litigation. Jeff has represented international and domestic clients at all stages of litigation—from pre-litigation settlement negotiations and pre-trial motions, to post-trial motions and appeals—in federal and state court and in JAMS/AAA arbitrations. Jeff’s pro bono activities focus on the corporate formation of and the securing of tax-exempt status for educational and athletic charitable organizations.

While in law school, Jeff served as a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal. Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Providence College, majoring in history and philosophy, in 2007. For the past five years, he has been named a Rising Star by New York Metro Super Lawyers.
