Jani’s broad range of experience includes assisting clients in connection with their legal needs for the development of commercial properties, specifically industrial warehouses, office and retail leasing and a broad range of financing transactions, including multisite and multijurisdictional portfolio acquisitions (and related debt), equity restructuring, permanent and construction financing, mezzanine financing and preferred equity transactions.
