Jani Lotz

Jani Lotz’s practice involves a variety of commercial real estate transactions across the United States, focusing on the representation of institutional investors and developers in multifamily, industrial, office, mixed-use and retail transactions, and she assists clients in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of those assets.

Jani’s broad range of experience includes assisting clients in connection with their legal needs for the development of commercial properties, specifically industrial warehouses, office and retail leasing and a broad range of financing transactions, including multisite and multijurisdictional portfolio acquisitions (and related debt), equity restructuring, permanent and construction financing, mezzanine financing and preferred equity transactions.

Jani also represents private equity firms, pension funds and other equity sources as well as developers in the structuring, negotiation and administration of joint ventures for both development properties and acquisition properties.
