She frequently represents borrowers in connection with the bond counsel role and has experience with public offerings, private placements and taxable non-conduit bond offerings, including century bonds. Her practice encompasses transactions throughout the Northeast and elsewhere nationally.

Stephanie’s representative experience includes:

  • Serve as bond counsel to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency with respect to numerous financings for colleges, hospitals, cultural institutions and secondary schools
  • Serve as bond counsel to the National Finance Authority
  • Serve as bond counsel to the Homeownership Division of the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and as co-bond counsel to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority
  • Serve as company counsel for a national solid waste disposal company's tax-exempt bond program
  • Serve as underwriters' counsel for Maine Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority, New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority, and Vermont Bond Bank financings
