- Reorganizing multiple affiliated debtors owning and operating six commercial retail shopping centers and offices located around the Houston metro area. Restructured primary secured debt of approximately $50 million
- Confirming plan enabling Debtor to complete build out of restaurant and resolve dispute with landlord
- Completing restructuring of real estate development company with more than $10 million of secured indebtedness
His representation of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees in bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings trustees includes:
- Representing Chapter 11 Trustee in ship building case resulting in sale of primary assets for more than $15,000,000
- Representing Chapter 7 Trustee in sale of facility in Westlake Louisiana and in separate sale of certain chemical catalyst primarily located in Czech Republic production facility
- Prosecuted adversary proceedings against insiders and prudential transfer recipients resulting in recovery of $450,000 for the estate
