Jim's representative experience includes:
- Represents North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) on an ongoing basis regarding government procurements, open-government issues, and real-property acquisitions
- Extensively revised and redrafted NTTA procurement manual, including the formation of procurement procedures and standardized procurement contracts
- Part of a legal team that designed and created a Request for Proposals for a replacement Back-Office System for all NTTA tolling services and negotiated the resulting contract with the successful proposer
- Negotiated easements and related agreements for Trinity Metro to secure commuter-rail access to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport
- Has represented investment funds in sales and dispositions of multi-family and industrial properties throughout the United States
