- Collateral Custodian, Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary in connection with $675 million warehouse facility
- Trustee, Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary in connection with $750 million new issue collateralized loan obligation transaction
- Trustee, Collateral Administrator and Securities Intermediary in connection with $680 million refinancing of collateralized loan obligation notes
- Trustee in connection with redemption of collateralized loan obligation notes and satisfaction and discharge of CLO Indenture
