Gabriela’s experience includes:

  • Serving as bond counsel, borrower's counsel and underwriters’ counsel for taxable and tax-exempt borrowings for nonprofit institutions, such as independent schools, higher education institutions, hospitals and other health care entities
  • Serving as bond counsel, underwriters’ counsel or issuer's counsel with respect to various single family and multifamily revenue bond financings for the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency and Illinois Housing Development Authority
  • Serving as bond counsel to various municipalities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in their issuance of general obligation bonds
