Chelsey Rosenbloom List's practice focuses on corporate restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy and related litigation matters. She represents a wide spectrum of clients, including secured and unsecured creditors, corporate debtors, indenture trustees and other interested parties in bankruptcy-related transactions and out-of-court workouts. She advises clients on creditors' rights, distressed acquisitions and dispositions, debtor-in-possession financing, loan-to-own strategies, and other matters.

  • ESL Investments, Inc., as largest creditor and shareholder of Sears Holdings Corp. and Transform Holdco LLC as purchaser of Sears’ assets in $5.2 billion sale transaction. In re Sears Holdings Corp. (Bankr. S.D.N.Y.)
  • TMF Trustee as indenture trustee.  In re China Fishery Group Limited (Cayman) (Bankr. S.D.N.Y.)
  • A group of bondholders in a liability management transaction involving 2017 and 2018 notes issued by Toys “R” Us
  • ModSpace in the restructuring of nearly $1 billion in secured debt through its pre-packaged bankruptcy. In re Modular Space Corp. (Bankr. D. Del.)
