• Defended several entertainment-related clients against allegations of personal and professional misconduct

Corporate and Business Litigation

• Represented co-founder and former president of a privately held corporation in a suit against the corporation and its board of directors after the client was unlawfully removed as a director and officer. Opposed two motions for summary judgment before the matter settled
