Scott represents the rights and interests of lenders and investors as well as owners and operators of commercial properties. He manages intricate transactional matters for clients at the negotiation table while advocating for them inside the courtroom . Scott has practiced before the Massachusetts Land Court, Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court as well as in various Federal Courts.
In recognition for his service to the community, Scott received the President's Volunteer Service Award, honoring individuals whose service positively impacts communities.
