- Assisted in the representation of Trace Midstream in its $400 million equity commitment from Quantum Energy Partners to form Trace Midstream Partners II, LLC, and its affiliate, Trace Carbon Solutions, LLC
- Assisted in the representation of WM in the acquisition of a controlling interest in Avangard Innovative’s U.S. Business
- Led the representation of Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the assets of Premier Stores, Inc.
- Led the representation of Embark Energy in its sale of 11 Fast Break convenience stores and four company-owned, dealer-operated locations to Refuel Operating Company, LLC
- Assisted in the representation of Caliber Completion Services, LLC, in the acquisition of substantially all of the wireline assets from ClearWell Dynamics’ subsidiary formerly known as Pioneer Wireline Services
- Assisted in the representation of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, in the acquisition of the Pride retail chain of stores
- Led the representation of Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the convenience store and quick-service restaurant assets of Albemarle Oil Company
- Led the representation of Yokogawa Electric Corporation in its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of PXiSE Energy Solutions, LLC
- Led the representation of Hunting PLC in its purchase of approximately 27% of the outstanding capital of Cumberland Additive Holdings LLC
- Assisted in the representation of Family Zone Cyber Safety Limited in its acquisition of Smoothwall
- Assisted in the representation of White Deer Energy in the acquisition of Jemmtec Limited (dba Magma Group) by portfolio company Unicat Catalyst Technologies
- Assisted in the representation of Martin Midstream Partners L.P. in the sale of certain assets used in connection with the Mega Lubricants shored-based terminals business to John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC
- Assisted in the representation of Stewart Information Services Corporation in its acquisition of NotaryCam®
- Assisted in the representation of Oliver Equipment Company in the company’s sale to Sunbelt Supply by affiliate FloWorks International
- Assisted in the representation of Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the assets of Holmes Oil Company, Inc.
- Represented Ebro Group and Riviana Foods Inc. in the sale of its U.S.-branded pasta portfolio to TreeHouse Foods for $242.5 million
- Assisted in the representation of White Deer Energy in the acquisition of a majority equity interest in Unicat Catalyst Technologies, LLC
- Represented Ebro Group and Riviana Foods Inc. in the sale of its Catelli dry pasta business in Canada to the Barilla Group
- Assisted in the representation of Catapult Energy Services in Covenant Testing Technologies LLC's combination with Stuart Pressure Control, LLC
- Assisted in the representation of Park Place Dealerships in the sale of eight dealerships to Asbury Automotive Group
- Assisted in the representation of Refuel Operating Company, LLC, in its acquisition of the convenience retailing, petroleum marketing and quick-service restaurant assets of Double Quick, Inc.
- Assisted in the representation of Houston International Insurance Group, Ltd., in the completed $100 million private placement offering of securities to its existing shareholders
- Assisted in the representation of Hunting PLC in the acquisition of all the outstanding equity of Enpro Subsea, including Enpro's subsidiaries located in Norway, Ghana and the United States, for approximately $33 million
- Assisted in the representation of DNOW L.P., a subsidiary of NOW Inc., in the sale of its equity in MT Supply, Inc., and Machine Tools Supply de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V., to Blackhawk Industrial Distribution, Inc.
