Prior to joining the Firm, Nick was General Counsel for Ambac Financial Group where he developed Everspan Group, a $400m+ “hybrid” fronting insurance carrier that earned “Fronting Carrier of the Year” in 2024. He was also in charge of all its legal matters, corporate governance, compliance, claims management, dispute resolution, enterprise risk management and regulatory affairs.
