  • Defended national managed care companies in a series of actions alleging improper reimbursement of surgical centers brought by assignees of provider claims
  • Defended insurer in series of actions brought by health system that operates long-term care hospitals and rehabilitation services arising from allegations of breach of contract and business torts
  • Obtained early dismissal of claims by individual members against managed care company arising from allegations of improper reimbursement of health care benefits
  • Defended medical staffing company in several putative class actions alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • Represented medical staffing company in affirmative litigation against New York-based hospital arising from breach of contract
  • Represented multinational company in government investigation concerning allegations of FCPA violation
