Josh Skundberg’s practice focuses on commercial litigation in matters including breach of contract, employment and insurer disputes. His experience includes engaging in extensive motion practice, managing all stages of discovery and fact investigation, and drafting pre- and post-hearing arbitration briefs and dispositive motions in a wide variety of commercial disputes. He has litigated international and domestic arbitrations as well as in federal and state court.
