Rich Spiker focuses on real estate and finance law. He has experience in a variety of commercial real estate and finance matters, including the representation of clients in real estate acquisitions, lending, development and leasing. His experience includes the representation of landlords in the leasing of office buildings, industrial projects, retail shopping centers and multifamily spaces. His lending experience includes the representation of banks and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of transactions related to real estate and commercial financings.

Rich's experience includes assisting in the representation of:

• An institutional property owner in negotiating industrial warehouse leases and related ownership issues for numerous warehouses in Arizona, Georgia and Texas
• Property owners in the leasing and related ownership issues for a number of office and industrial buildings located in the Dallas, El Paso, Houston and San Antonio metropolitan areas
• Developers in connection with property acquisition, development and disposition of retail shopping centers and multifamily spaces
• Banks in structuring revolving lines of credit, collateral lending, acquisition loans and construction loans
