Sam's practice focuses on structuring financing transactions through traditional mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and other financing and investment mechanisms. His financing practice includes representation of banks, finance companies, and other large institutional lenders. Sam has also represented various local and national real estate developers, real estate investment funds and other owners of real estate in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of varying classes of real estate.
