Case Towslee focuses his practice on both energy and corporate law. Case's energy practice involves advising domestic energy companies in a variety of energy transactions in the upstream and midstream sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas assets, joint ventures, and various oil and gas agreements. In addition to his hydrocarbon energy practice, Case counsels clients on wind, solar and other renewable energy matters, including those relating to project development, power purchase agreements, and hedging and offtake arrangements.

Case's corporate practice includes the representation of public and private clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
