Nina Vachhani concentrates her practice on complex intellectual property litigation and regulatory matters with a primary emphasis on large-scale patent-infringement actions under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Her experience ranges from the pre-litigation stage, including patent counseling and opinions and Paragraph IV notice letters, through initial filings, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, pre-trial, trial and post-trial phases as well as appeal. Her intellectual property practice also extends to patent preparation and prosecution.

In addition to her intellectual property practice, Nina has experience in the seed and agricultural biotechnology industries representing seed producers, seed dealers and distributors, and seedsmen's errors and omissions insurers with regulatory, liability and transactional matters.
During her undergraduate studies, Nina was a research assistant, where she investigated the emotional-somatomotor neural circuits involved in the expression of the physical symptoms of Major Depressive Disorder.
