Our environmental lawyers advised a client developing a business plan for a new carbon exchange, helping revise and refine the plan and form the venture that has grown into the nation's leading brokerage connecting commercial and industrial power purchasers with renewable energy providers. We also helped advise the creators of the Texas Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program as they refined their plan and approach to gaining legislative approval and commercial viability.
