Singapore is one of the world’s leading financial centers and an important hub for business across India and South East Asia. The London office is our gateway to serving discerning international clients across the region on cross-border matters. In particular, we have had many years of working on matters involving Singapore. Among others, David Grant, Managing Partner of the Firm’s London office, has worked with clients based in Singapore for two decades.

One of the most significant matters that we have recently closed is the representation of an international commodities trading company undergoing a restructuring in Singapore by way of a Section 211 B(1) Scheme of Arrangement, and we are proud to have secured the first UK recognition of this process. In addition to a wealth of other restructuring and insolvency matters in Singapore, we have also practiced before arbitration tribunals in Singapore as well as other international tribunals.
