United Recovery Systems Purchased 100% of the Capital Stock of Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc.

A team of our Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax, and Benefits and Compensation lawyers represented Audax Group and its portfolio company, United Recovery Systems, in the March 2012 purchase of 100% of the capital stock of Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc—at a price of $52.4 million. United Recovery Systems operates as an accounts receivable management company and Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc.  provides resolution and recovery of delinquent accounts, and collection services for colleges and universities and state guarantee programs.
