Boston-Led Team Counsels Star America Infrastructure Partners in Closing of Its North American P3 Fund

A Locke Lord team led by Heather Stone provided legal counsel to Star America Infrastructure Partners, a leading New York-based infrastructure fund manager, in the closing of its North American P3 fund in March 2016. The fund achieved its targeted goal of $300 million. As described in Star America's press release, the fund focuses on greenfield infrastructure investments where the specific skill set of Star's team maximizes value for the public owners, its investors and its concessionaire partners.
