Locke Lord Represents Silver Oak Services Partners in Partnership to Lead Recapitalization of Legacy Farms

A Locke Lord team led by Andrew Hughes and Paul Mahoney (both of Providence) represented Silver Oak Services Partners, LLC, a lower middle market private equity firm focused exclusively on service businesses, in its partnership with management to lead the recapitalization of Legacy Farms, LLC. Headquartered in Buena Park, Calif., Legacy is a leading fresh vegetable and fruit grower, shipper and wholesaler to grocers and foodservice providers in the western United States.
