Locke Lord Advises Silver Oak Services Partners in Sale of Construction Labor Contractors to Tradesmen International

A Locke Lord team led by Andrew Hughes and Paul Mahoney (both of Providence) advised Silver Oak Services Partners, LLC in the sale of Construction Labor Contractors (CLC) to Tradesmen International, a portfolio company of private equity funds managed by Blackstone Capital Partners. Locke Lord represented Silver Oak in its original investment in CLC in June 2014 and counseled CLC as a portfolio company on varied matters up to and including its sale.
