Cross-Office Team Represents ClearView Risk Holdings in Acquisition by The Amynta Group
Christopher Martin and Rachel Fitzgerald (both of Houston) led a team representing Dallas-based wholesale insurance broker ClearView Risk Holdings, LLC in its January acquisition by The Amynta Group following an auction process that lasted several months. Other Locke Lord team members included Eric Larson, Ed Razim and DeLaina Mulcahy (all of Houston), Jon Gillum (Austin), Van Jolas and Geoffrey Polma (both of Dallas).
