Locke Lord Assists Iontera in Purchase and Acquisition of BKDK Assets

Straat Tenney (New York) assisted Iontera, Inc. in the purchase and acquisition of the assets, including the global trademark portfolio and other rights, of BKDK LLC (doing business as PLANT). PLANT is a growing cosmetics company selling under the house mark PLANT Apothecary. The PLANT Apothecary line of cosmetic products is expected to supplement and complement Iontera’s Patchology line of primarily patch and mask beauty products. The acquisition closed on March 21, 2019.
