Multidisciplinary Team Represents National Oilwell Varco in Purchase of Equity Interests in Denali
A Locke Lord team led by Rick Kuebel (New Orleans) and Mike Peters (Houston) represented National Oilwell Varco in connection with the purchase of all of the equity interests in Denali Inc., a manufacturer of industrial storage tanks, from affiliates of Patriarch Partners and the Zohar Funds and others.
