Cross-Office Team Represents Nautic Partners Affiliate in Acquisition of Spartech

A Locke Lord team led by Mike Newquist and Andrew Capalbo (both of Providence) represented an affiliate of Nautic Partners, LLC, in its acquisition of Spartech LLC, in partnership with Spartech management, from private equity owner Arsenal Capital Partners. Spartech is a custom manufacturer of specialized acrylics and other engineered extruded plastics used in a variety of applications and end markets, including aerospace and defense. The deal closed on Oct. 17, 2019.
