A Locke Lord team served as legal counsel to Covenant Testing Technologies, LLC’s equity-for-equity combination with Stuart Pressure Control, LLC, a portfolio company of White Deer Energy. The combination forms a premier provider of well flow and sand management and pressure control solutions in the Permian, Denver-Julesburg, Eagle Ford and Haynesville Shale basins. Catapult Energy Services Group, LLC, which controls Covenant and is an NGP and NGP Energy Technology Partners portfolio company, invests in entities engaged in the upstream oil and gas services industry.
