Locke Lord Represents DNOW in Sale of Equity in MT Supply and Machine Tools Supply de Mexico

A Locke Lord team led by Lauren Corbeil (Houston) represented DNOW L.P., a subsidiary of NOW Inc., in the sale of its equity in MT Supply, Inc. (“MTS”) and Machine Tools Supply de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“MTS Mexico”), to Blackhawk Industrial Distribution, Inc., an industrial equipment supplier based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. MTS and MTS Mexico distribute cutting tools, cutting fluids, coolants and measuring equipment to manufacturers in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom and the Philippines. Additional assistance was provided by Jerry Higdon, Hanna Norvell, Paul Pruett, Ed Razim, Buddy Sanders and Shannon Schroeder (all of Houston) and Michael Bennett (Chicago).
