Locke Lord Represents White Deer Energy in Acquisition of Majority Equity Interest in Unicat Catalyst Technologies

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo and Jennie Simmons (both of Houston) represented White Deer Energy in the acquisition of a majority equity interest in Unicat Catalyst Technologies, LLC, for an undisclosed value. Unicat is a leading global supplier of heterogeneous catalyst products and related services to the refinery, syngas, chemical, steel, agriculture and green energy industries.
