Texas Locke Lord Team Represents Conduit Power in Joint Venture With Riley Exploration Permian to Form New Power Infrastructure
A Locke Lord team led by Eric Larson and Brandon Lobb (both of Houston) represented Conduit Power, LLC, a portfolio company of Grey Rock Investment Partners, in definitive agreements with Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., to form a joint venture that will own and operate on-site power generation utilizing captured flared natural gas to power Riley Permian's operations in Yoakum County, Texas.
