Locke Lord Houston Team Represents Excel Services Corporation in Acquisition of IEPSON Consulting Enterprises

A Locke Lord team led by Jennie Simmons and Shumaila Dhuka (both of Houston) represented Excel Services Corporation, a unique provider of licensing and regulatory compliance for the nuclear industry, in its acquisition of IEPSON Consulting Enterprises, Inc., a premier specialty engineering company serving the needs of the commercial nuclear industry in the United States and around the world. The combination of Excel and IEPSON creates a full-service offering of value-added engineering services to nuclear operators around the world. The deal closed on August 1, 2023.
