Locke Lord London-Led Team Represents Nightcap on Acquisition of Dirty Martini

A Locke Lord team led by Sean Page (London) is advising Nightcap plc on its acquisition of certain of the assets of DC Bars Limited, the operator of the ‘Dirty Martini’ chain of cocktail bars and Tuttons Brasserie Limited. The acquisition has an enterprise value of approximately £4.65 million and is in line with Nightcap’s strategy of making selective acquisitions within the drinks-led premium bar segment of the UK hospitality sector.
