Texas-Led Locke Lord Team Advises Trinity Gas Storage in $189 Million Funding for East Texas Natural Gas Storage Facility

A Locke Lord team led by Kevin Peter, Jennie Simmons, Eric Larson and Case Towslee (all of Houston) advised Trinity Gas Storage, LLC, in its $189 million funding for the groundbreaking of its natural gas storage facility in East Texas. The new natural gas storage facility, the first new project for gas storage in a depleted reservoir to obtain a Railroad Commission of Texas permit in more than 20 years, will offer approximately 24 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity in its initial phase.
