Andrea Martin Joins Locke Lord’s Boston Office as Partner, Further Strengthening Business Litigation Capabilities

(BOSTON) June 3, 2024 – Andrea L. Martin has joined Locke Lord’s Boston office as a Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. With a broad range of dispute resolution capabilities, Martin expands the Firm’s service offerings across the Northeast and nationally.

Martin, who joins Locke Lord from Burns & Levinson, served as general counsel and co-chair of its business litigation and dispute litigation group. She has been an advocate for individuals and corporations for nearly two decades in various disputes and litigation venues, including government agencies, state and federal courts and appeals courts.

Martin represents clients in all stages of dispute resolution, including initial consultation, administrative investigations, negotiation and mediation and court proceedings from complaint to appeal. Her practice covers a variety of business torts, including misrepresentation and fraud as well as contractual disputes involving issues in contract formation, interpretation, performance and payment.
