Rachael Beavers counsels clients on a range of environmental issues, including permitting, state and federal regulatory compliance, litigation, and transaction-related matters. Rachael works on matters involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and more.
During law school, Rachael focused her research on market solutions to environmental pollution. She published an article in the Environmental Law Reporter about cap-and-trade recycled plastic legislation. She also served as President of the Energy and Environmental Law Society.
