Lindsey E. Kress

Lindsey Kress concentrates her practice on defending clients in class action and financial services litigation as well as advising on privacy and cybersecurity issues. She regularly represents clients in complex matters in state and federal courts across the country. Lindsey has second-chair trial experience and has argued cases at both the trial and appellate level. She is also a member of the Firm's Privacy & Cyber Litigation and Enforcement Team, where she advises on emerging privacy and cybersecurity litigation and compliance issues related to the collection, use, sharing and protection of data.

Class Actions Practice

Lindsey is a member of the Firm's Class Actions Group where she focuses her practice on defending clients in consumer class actions across the country. She regularly represents clients in class actions involving allegations of consumer fraud and violations of myriad consumer protection statutes. Lindsey has experience navigating complex case management issues, managing class discovery, drafting dispositive motions and negotiating class settlements.

Financial Services Practice

Lindsey is also a member of the Firm's Financial Services Group and regularly represents banks, loan servicers and other financial institutions in actions involving consumer fraud, statutory violations, contract disputes, business negotiations and mortgage servicing as well as issues relating to the following:
