Locke Lord's San Francisco office, which opened its doors in 2009, gives the Firm an important presence in the Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

Our San Francisco office is an integral part of our nationwide Financial Services Litigation Practice Group, which works with sales companies, mortgage banking companies and servicers, auto finance companies, insurance companies, banks and other financial institutions in litigation and regulatory matters. Our San Francisco lawyers also represent financial services clients in disputes, litigation and regulatory matters relating to servicing, foreclosure, conduct by brokers and loan originators, and the sale and repurchase of loan portfolios.

Additionally, our San Francisco office has experience in a wide variety of cross-border transactions concerning foreign investment into the United States and U.S. investment abroad. Lawyers perform complex transactions to maximize tax efficiency, limit liability, transfer personnel and maintain compliance with U.S. and foreign laws.
