The office includes a nationally recognized and award-winning Public Law and Policy Practice with extensive political contacts at every level of government and vast knowledge of how the legislative process works.

Austin is also home to the Firm’s Affordable Housing and Community Development Section. Our attorneys are experienced in the various public and private financing vehicles for the development of multifamily and single family housing. The team is a distinctive piece of the Firm’s Finance, Banking and Real Estate Department, as is the prominent group of Austin attorneys engaged in real estate lending and related transactions.
