Locke Lord Team Represents Race Rock Group in Acquisition of Structural and Steel Products From Highland Capital Management

A Locke Lord team lead by Bill Swanstrom and Rachel Fitzgerald (both of Houston) represented Race Rock Group in its acquisition of Structural and Steel Products, Inc. (SSP), and its related entities, from Highland Capital Management for an undisclosed value. Race Rock funded the acquisition of SSP, a major distributor and manufacturer of highway infrastructure products, with a combination of debt and equity capital.
