A Locke Lord team represented Rapid Genomics, a provider of mid-to high-density Next-Generation Sequencing kits and services for genotyping, in its sale to LGC, Biosearch Technologies (LGC). LGC is a leading, global life science tools company, providing components and solutions into high-growth application areas across the human health care and applied market segments.
